Rose Wippich

Rose Wippich is a Holy Fire III/Karuna Reiki Master & Teacher, Yoga and Qigong instructor. She is also host & creative energy behind the podcast ‘Chat Off The Mat’. Like many spiritual warriors, she has faced many challenges, including breast cancer, that have made her aware of the importance of self-compassion and self-care. Qigong, Yoga, and Reiki have helped her work through challenging life and health situations by providing physical and emotional stability and healing and helping her to maintain a positive attitude.

Her introduction to Reiki began over 25 years ago and has been practicing Reiki for 15. She became a Reiki practitioner to help her twin boys navigate their health journey. She has since become a Reiki Master so that she can help others become practitioners and spread the amazing benefits of Reiki. She has studied with William Rand and Colleen Benelli.

She has been published in the Reiki magazine. Her most recent article “How Reiki Helped Me to Become Alcohol Free” is featured in the most current, Summer 2024, issue. She lives in NJ with her husband and twin college-aged boys.
